Research interests include nematode biodiversity, nematode control and management and animal behaviour studies. Current research studies include:
- Root knot and sugarcane nematodes;
- Nematode associations with endemic plants of Fiji;
- Nematode management using natural products (Indigenous plant & animal based materials are being evaluated for their potential application in nematode control);
- Effect of steroidal Plant Hormones/ PGRs (synthetic and natural) on nematode systems.
