Participants are invited to submit abstracts for either oral or poster presentations at the conference. Contributions from academia and the tourism industry are welcome. Please outline what you would like to present:

• a research paper
• a case study
• an industry or sector paper

An extended abstract must be submitted by 15 April 2011.

The abstract should be approximately 800 to 1,000 words. It should give the title of the paper or poster, followed by the name(s) of the author(s) and the contact details for the person presenting the paper underlined along with his/her affiliation and must include a brief background, methods, results, and conclusion(s) where appropriate.

The paper presentation should be approximately 20 minutes followed by a 10 to 15 minute discussion session with other participants.
