- PA System: $150 per hour; includes technician.
- Venue/ OCAC: $150 per hour during week days; $250 per hour during weekends.
- Art display: $300 includes installation and removal.

- PA System: $250 per hour, includes technician (fee does not cover transport outside Suva.)

- Gallery: $150 per hour during week days; $200 per hour during weekends.

- Gallery and Reception area: $200.00 per hour during week days; $300 per hour during weekends.
- Gallery, Reception, and Conference room: $300.00 per hour during week days; $400.00 per hour during weekends.

- Morning Hire from 8am-1pm: $350
- Afternoon Hire from 12pm-5pm: $350

- Technician: $ 75/Half day & $150/Full day

- Hire for anytime of the day: $1000 (Techician excluded)

Hire of Tables and chairs
Charges Apply to Both Internal and Non USP Hire
- Foldered Chairs $2/each (120 chairs available)
- Foldered tables $10/each (5 tables available)
