As a Graduand who has chosen to attend the first Laucala Campus Graduation Ceremony of 2013, please take the time to read and familiarise yourself with details regarding your participation at this official presentation of awards.
Laucala Campus will hold its first graduation 2013 at 10am on Friday the 5th April at the Vodafone Arena, Suva.
The Graduands’ Procession will start at 9:30am. All Graduand’s are to be present at the seaward-side of the Vodafone Arena by 08:30am for marshalling.
The Ceremony will start at 10:00am.
Rehearsal is compulsory for those who have confirmed attendance.
The rehearsal for the ceremony is on Thursday, 4th April. This will begin at 12:00noon at the Vodafone Arena.
If you are not able to attend, please contact either, Ema Finau or Aliti Bukarau by Monday, 28th March 2013.
Those who do not attend the rehearsal and have not made prior arrangements will be excluded from the final list for the ceremony.
Ceremony Guest Tickets
Admission into the graduation venue be by ticket only.
All Graduands’ will be given 2 tickets for 2 guests when you collect your academic dress.
All guest tickets are free of charge.
Please note that if someone other than the graduand is collecting tickets, they must have a letter of authority from the graduand and identification. Please ensure that the authorised individual produces either a valid Driver’s License or FNPF Card or Passport. The letter must state the graduands student identification number and programme of study that he/she is graduating in.
Extra tickets cannot be guaranteed as Occupational Health & Safety regulations limit the number of people accommodated at the venue.
Non-Fiji Graduands Notice
All non-Fiji based graduands, are required to contact Ema Finau with your travel details by Thursday, 28th March 2013 so that arrangements for the hire & return of your academic dress can be finalised.
Special Needs
Graduands or guests that require special seating arrangements due to disability or require a place for a wheelchair, etc please contact either :

Ceremony Protocol
The 5th April 2013 Laucala Campus Graduation Ceremony, is an official presentation of awards to graduands that choose to attend.
As a graduand who has chosen to attend this ceremony, you are required to remain in attendance at the occasion until this has been formally closed.
Graduands that have received certificates are required to return to their seats and remain in attendance as a courtesy to fellow graduands that have yet to be presented.
Relevant personnel will be on hand to ensure that this basic rule of formal etiquette is observed.
Graduands are requested to advise their guests of the same.
