The Economics Students had a very Enjoyable and Educational Field Trip which took place on Wednesday, 12th September, 2012.
A Total of 49 students took part in this excursion guided by Economics Cordinator, Mr. Seone Lolesio and Teaching Assistant, Pravinesh Chand.
We Visited 3 sites in Navua starting with Kaiming Agro Processing Ltd (Ginger Factory) followed by 2 Farm Visits (Vegetable and Livestock) and Finally the Sustainable Mahogany Industries (Timber Firm).
With such an exposure, the Students would be able to relate their Microeconomics concepts learnt in class to the real world scenarios. Thanks to the Almighty, our Trip was a Success with good weather and no injuries at all.
