Future Project | Ministry of Education and Training Consultative contract for short-term adviser on Labor market Information | 1. Define scope and availability of nation and regional labor market data available in Tonga. 2. Identify the primary indicators of capacity and demand in the Tongan labor market and prepare a Consultation Plan suitable to be implemented in stage 2 3. Assist the lead consultant to conduct a detailed labor market consultation to examine the GoT’s Strategic Development Framework and economic development plans for the labor market over a projection of 3-5 years. Field consultations will gather data and evidence to support an analysis of the characteristics of the current national and regional (Pacific) labor markets, in both public and private sectors with indicators of gaps, areas of peak demand, and strategic plans for skilled labour development. 4.
