The Cook Islands Campus expansion projects specifications are:

Install an aluminium lockable door from the new computer lab into the existing computer lab.
Install an aluminium lockable door between the center hallway and Reception room.
Delete the Server Room from the proposed location.
Construct Server room next to the hallway and previously where the old storage room stands.

The Emalus Campus at Vanuatu is on Lease Land from 4 January 1986 to 2036. The total land area is 19 hectares and the Lease number is 03-0181-007.

Tonga

Lease Details

Tonga Campus now has a total land area of 19 acres and is located in ‘Atele, in the village of Ha’ateiho, about 7km from Nuku’alofa. Expansion plans are underway for Infrastructure Development Plan on the recent acquired 14 acres.

Tuvalu

Lease Details

Tuvalu Campus is on Crown Lease Land which has a total land area of 0.2390 acres. This lease expires in 2016.

In 2012, USP Tuvalu Campus successful acquired two additional pieces of land adjoining the campus, one of about 0.1955 acres to the East. The other of about 0.1430 acres to the North. A total of 0.5775 acres will be owned by the University once the agreement is finalized.

To resolve the long overdue problem of space shortages faced by Tuvalu Campus there are development plans to accommodate the increase number of students.

Kiribati

Area

Lease Details

Kiribati Campus is on leased land for fifty years commencing from 1 April 2008 to 2033. Lease number is Teabanimate 791 (a). Total land area is 1.779 acres. Kiribati campus is located on Bairiki, Tarawa.

A 3 storey building is currently proposed for Kiribati Campus. Works at the campus will begin in 2013.

There are no developmental plans confirmed for Marshall Islands yet.
