Services
P&F also provides a Help Desk function to Laucala Campus (main, middle, lower and Statham) for staff to log maintenance requests, make general enquiries or book facilities and rooms. This Manual application (  View Online ||  Download) (size: 94KB) is to be completed for all service requests and emailed to maintenance(at)usp.ac.fj

Maintenance Requests
P&F will assess your request and inform you with a quotation within one working day. Following which a LVPO or PO [where applicable] must be provided before your request will be attended to.
It is important for planning purposes that requests are made at least two weeks before the scheduled event. This will allow us to plan our resources, ensure your requests are attended to within the agreed timeline and compliance to financial procedures. Most requests are dealt with within 48 hours, with matters of safety and security given first priority. If no action was taken within five working days, please contact Help Desk.
