Functions

• Maintenance of plumbing and sanitary waste systems for the Campus;

• Maintenance of potable water pumps, sanitary waste pumps, and water tanks;

• Ensuring that the plumbing and sanitary systems are in safe working condition for teaching & learning spaces, offices, halls and residences;

• Liaising with help desk on plumbing job requests;

• Ensuring that the plumbing job requests are carried out within a set turnaround time;

• Coordinating with other Engineering Services teams and Project teams on CAPEX projects;

• Liaising with Asset Management teams for materials and assisting with non-routine plumbing work quotations;
