Functions

• Manage the in-house engineering services team such as Electrical, Plumbing, and Mechanical teams;

• Manage the out-sourced services contracts such as the Fire Protection , Air Conditioning and Lift services;
  
  
• Renewal of Service Level Agreements;

• Administration and overall supervision of the engineering services teams to ensure current AS/NZS code compliance and quality;

• Services design, recommendation, and implementation of CAPEX projects;

• Monitor energy usage, carry out energy audits and develop energy management policies;

• Supervision of 14 staffs;
  
  
• Liaison with Projects and Asset Management teams;
