The works and progress as per project is itemized below: - Concreting of coral walkways/footpaths around the Halls of residence (In progress to be completed by Dec 2012)

- Installing hand rails to the front steps and ramp of the campus (In progress to be completed by Dec 2012)
- Building extensions to two toilets blocks to include disabled toilets and showers (In progress to be completed by Dec 2012)
- Build disabled ramp from upper campus to Halls of residence (In progress to be completed by Dec 2012)
- Build ramps for wheelchair access to classrooms (In progress to be completed by Dec 2012)
- Build ramp from New Law Wing to covered walkway (In progress to be completed by Dec 2012)
- Opening up of library entrance. (In progress)
- Completion of the Outdoor Study Fale on Tafea Center (10.09.12)
- Concreting of Hall of Residence Car Park (complete 02.07.12)
- Perimeter back fence (completed 18.07.12)
- Finance Office Extension (to start Dec 2012)
- Library Fire Alarm (to start Dec 2012)
- Installation of 2No. 6,000ltr water tanks at Emalus. (12.08.12) Four 6,000ltr tanks 2No. for Santo Centre and 2No. for Tanna centre ready to be shipped.
