The University’s Laucala Campus has a total of 148 buildings that is distributed across four locations.

• The lower campus has 19 buildings.
• Middle campus has 8 buildings.
• Main Campus has 114 buildings.
• Statham Campus with 7 buildings.

1. The “Lower” campus location is the lower end of Laucala Campus which is close to the seafront.
2. The “Main” campus location is the main Laucala Campus.
3. The “Middle” campus location is the Property & Facilities Department and the Food & Textiles complex.
4. The “Statham” campus location is at Statham Street and accommodates the Graduate School of Business, Student Residential Halls, RCCCE and Commercial space.

Major Projects work at Laucala in 2012 are summarized below:

• Overseeing New Faculty of Business & Economics Post-Graduate Lecture Theatre and Library

• USP Gym in preparation for Council Meeting

• Building of more student accommodation
• Renovation of Research Office

• Re-Roofing of Asbestos Roof at Middle Campus
• Completion of DMC Conference Room

Lautoka Campus is on leased property which has a land area of 7,890m².  The Title Number is Lot 1 SO 4318. Lease is for 99 years commencing  from 1 August, 1991 to 2090.

Lautoka Campus is one of the 14 campuses of the University and one of the two regional campuses in Fiji. It represents the USP in the Western Division of Fiji from Rakiraki, Tavua, Ba, Lautoka, Nadi to Sigatoka and the Yasawa Islands. Lautoka Campus is located in Lautoka City.

Plans are underway to expand the campus by end of 2013.

Labasa Campus is on rented property of 6615 m². Some alterations were also conducted in Labasa Campus to cater for the teaching and office space.
Labasa Campus is located in Labasa Town.
