Grievances & Appeals
Grievances are concerns, problems or complaints that staff raise about their employment including a dismissal.
The University’s standards for performance and conduct shall govern the manner and extent to which disciplinary action is taken. However, depending on the

Union Collective Agreements

The University of the South Pacific has three-in-house Unions in Laucala and other Pacific Region.

In some cases, collective bargaining agreements may alter or modify terms and conditions of employment of those staff members covered under these agreements.
In these cases the applicable provisions of the bargaining unit agreement will prevail. The Manager and Employee Relations Compliance
