Stress Management and Health

Many people don’t consider stress management as a factor unless they are on the brink of a burnout. With our busy lives as either a staff or student, it doesn’t seem  important to take on the practice of stress management.

However, it is vital to develop healthy stress relieving practices. It will pay off in the long run like better health, increased productivity and more happiness in general.

Cancer Awareness. Find Cancer Early

Some cancers can be found early, before they have had a chance to grow and spread. The earlier a cancer is diagnosed the greater the chance it can be treated successfully. Cancer not only affects the person but it has a major impact on the person’s family, friends and work place.

Do the right thing and get checked.
