Project Management

• Manage the creation of an accurate database of all as-built floor plans of all room space;

• Manage all projects portfolio that is from planning to completion of projects;

• Manage the contract management process for the University;

• Closely monitor the project costing and follow up with reimbursement to P&F;

• Provide project completion reports;
