Fitness Through Dance

"When you dance, your purpose is not to get to a certain place on the floor. It's to enjoy each step along the way" Wayne Dyer

  • Whether it's ballet or hula, hip hop or jazz, dancing is great for helping people of all ages and physical abilities to get and stay in shape.

    Benefits of Dancing:

    • Toning of your entire body 
    • Improves your posture and balance
    • Increase your stamina and flexibility 
    • Helps reduce stress and tension 
    • Builds self confidence 
    • Provides opportunities to meet people, 
    • Ward off illnesses like diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, osteoporosis and depression 

    So if you want to do something fun and to stay fit and healthy, it’s time to kick up your heels and dance.  Just dance!
