Alcohol, Kava and your Health

Excessive use of Kava has been linked with a number of health-related problems.

Some of the unpleasant side effects include dry scaly skin, malnutrition, weight loss, proneness to infections, bloodshot eyes and many more.

If you have tried alcohol, chances are you have experienced a few of its short-term health effects such as a hangover, a bad night’s sleep and bloodshot eyes.

It's the long term health effects of alcohol (e.g. kidney, brain and liver damage etc) that people often experience once it's too late, that is a major concern.
