Worked as Accountant/ Auditor for 2 years at Coopers and Lybrand (Lautoka) and migrated to USA in 1989. Started my US career for Alamo Rent a Car , overlooked 7500 cars and 5 departments in SFO, which then became Alamo and National Car Rental, become Regional West Maintenance Manager for the West Region that included the 9 States on the West Coast and Hawaii Islands. Enterprise Rent a Car bought Alamo National Car Rental in 2009, currently working for Enterprise Corporate as North America Bus Operations Manager.

Always dreamed of working and overlooking multiple operations, which I have done that included flying 84 flights a year as a Regional Manager, made changes to operations that continued to outperform  current standards, thus my West Region was ranked #1 for 6 years in a row.

10.What inspires you and why?
My Family, my wife and kids, they give me a reason to look forward in life and do better

11.What advice would you give to current and future students of USP?
Study hard, graduate, donít be scared of taking a job in a company you like at a lower rank and work yourself to the top.  If you make it to the top, always remember that the people who work for you will make you succeed, therefore always keep an open mind and listen to feedback from your staff. Arrogant managers do not last too long.

12.Any other information you would like to share?
I have helped hundreds of people over the years, specially my countryman from Fiji in USA , on giving them jobs, helping them with minor requests etc, please never shy from helping your people when you are aboard, give them the respect their deserve.
