Manager Development is in charge of the Development office and sees the implementation of its key functions and role. The Development office establish, cultivate, and maintain positive relationships with development partners, Engagement with regional and international organizations to develop and sign new MOUs, Facilitate communication between internal constituents so that the Vice-Chancellor has a complete understanding of how donor funds are being used to address cross-cutting issues , supports the implementation of the strategic plan and Provide advice and guidance to internal constituents on the writing of proposals, M&E, and reporting.
