Mid Semester Break - Lecture Theatre Equipment Training

Dear Staff (Laucala),

IT Services continues it training sessions on the use of Audio Visual (AV) equipment’s available in Lecture Theaters and select tutorial rooms.

The training includes:

1. Equipment start-up
2. Use of touch screen console
3. Using the computer
4. Changing presentations between computer, data projector, console or document camera
5. Microphone operation and use
6. Support responses and contacts

The schedules are as follows:

Dates/ Venue	Thursday (12th September)	Friday (13th September)
SO24		11am - 12noon
092-003	11am - 12noon	11am - 12noon
N111	2.30pm - 3.3.0pm

All lecturers and tutors that use these equipment’s for teaching are strongly encouraged to attend.
