USP Student Bursary Scheme provides financial assistance to students with disabilities

The bursary provides financial assistance to private students and aims to offset 50% of tuition costs only. Read more.

New Torba sub-center officially open

The opening ceremony for the new USP sub-centre in Sola, Vanua Lava, Torba province, took place on Thursday, October 16. Read more.

All ni-Vanuatu students who have completed their programme, or are completing their programme in Semester 2 2014 are required to submit a manual application at Student Administrative Services (Laucala Campus) or at the Emalus Campus. Read more.

Students receive education scholarships from Westpac Bank

Westpac Bank presented scholarships to 6 Vanuatu students at the USP Emalus campus conference room on Wednesday, September 17. The scholarships were offered by the Westpac Women’s Education Grant programme, whose theme is “Learning today for a better tomorrow”. Read more.

Semester 1 2014 Moot Finals Held on May 21

Many weeks of hard work and preparation culminated in the Emalus Campus Semester 1 2014 Moot Finals, which were held from 5:00 to 6:30 pm on Wednesday, May 21 in the Moot Court. The two finalist teams, Beginners Law Firm and Arguendo Associates, made their arguments to a panel of three judges. Read more.

On Friday, March 1, Android tablets were presented to select Emalus campus students for use in their studies. The presentation was part of USP’s Tablet Learning Project, which employs technology to improve learning in the region. Read more
