RESEARCH INTERESTS

• Using Very Low Frequency (VLF) radio wave Communication techniques in remote sensing the lower ionosphere.

• Studying the effects of lightning discharges (Transient luminous events, TLEs) such as Sprites and Elves, solar flares, geomagnetic storms, solar eclipses & earthquakes on the lower ionosphere and VLF communication.

• Using World Wide Lightning Location Network (WWLLN) in storm/cyclone activity analysis and rapid intensity changes, interest in weather monitoring.
