L3EAP is a three year (2014-2016) Edu Link funded EU Project, undertaken by a consortium of universities made up of Hamburg University of Applied Science, Mauritius University and The University of the South Pacific. Project Aim : To build capacity in energy security, access and efficiency through developing a teaching program for the energy sector.
