You can make your search results more precise by searching for materials in which your search terms appear close to one another (instead of, for example, as a phrase). This is called "proximity searching." Westlaw gives you several ways to search by proximity.
If you want your search terms to appear in the same sentence, separate the terms with "/s". If you want the terms to appear in the same paragraph, separate them with "/p".
