Support on Campus - Current Students

Support on Campus

All campuses and Halls of Residences offer Orientation programs at the beginning of Semester 1, which all new students should try to attend.  At the Orientation activities new students can meet other new students as well as returning students who know the ropes.

Some USP staff members have specific support roles, such as Counsellors and those in learning and technology support service sections.  But all USP staff members, whatever their role, want students to be successful in their studies.  It is our job to help you when you need it - you only have to ask!  In terms of formal support specifically for international students, for help on immigration matters there is usually a USP administrative staff member in Student Academic Services who acts as the liaison person between students and the Immigration Department.  For emergencies or serious problems such as the loss of your passport you should approach your High Commission, Embassy or Consular representative.

For any questions regarding immigration please contact the following staff
