Why did you choose your field of study?
I felt that I needed to upgrade my qualifications

Briefly reflect on your student life at USP?
Juggling work, study and family is not easy. A lot of sacrifice is required.

Greatest achievement[s] as a student
Being chosen to represent Fiji to attend a fully funded seminar by the Chinese Embassy here in Fiji through PSC on Informatization Strategies of National Health Insurance System in Beijing China for one month whilst studying MBA in March 2013

Who/what do you credit your success to?
I Credit my success to hard work and sacrifice and support of my family. What inspires you? To succeed and make my mark in the workplace.

How do you think USP helped you in your career?
USP is recognized in the region especially MBA and this will assist me to progress further in my career.

Describe any challenges you face to reach where you are today and how you overcame those challenges?
Some challenges that I have faced is juggling work, study and family life. IT could be stressful at times especially when reports are due at work, assignments due & exams. Ways I overcame these challenges was to prioritize my work and study life. Do not leave reports, assignments and studying to the last minute.

Where do you see yourself in 10 years (career and/or personal goals)?
My personal goals is to obtain my PHD and career wise to lead an organization.
What advice would you give to current and future students of USP? Nobody can take your education away from you. Studying and obtaining a degree is very important.

Please share top three tips that you think are most important for our current students or recent graduates that will help them when starting out on their career paths.
