Dr Leo Dutra

Dr. Leo Dutra is an Adjunct Fellow with the School of Marine Studies, at the University of the South Pacific. Leo has broad multi-disciplinary experience linking coral reef research and decision-making processes. Dr Dutra has been working with government agencies and communities from iconic coastal and marine areas in Brazil, East-Timor, Australia and Fiji.
