The Graduate Certificate in Education (GCED) is only offered as part of a four-year combined pre-service programme, designed to prepare specialist graduate teachers for teaching in secondary schools throughout the South Pacific region. Depending on their selected subject majors, graduates will be awarded either a Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree and Graduate Certificate in Education.
