The Property and Facilities (P&F) Section manages and conducts the planning, development, and maintenance of the built environment of the campuses at Laucala (main, middle, lower & statham) and the Region by ensuring that the environments are conducive and complies with the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations of the University.
In addition the section provides facilities-related services such as utilities, fire safety, signage, furniture, equipment relocation, room and transport bookings, waste management, landscaping, maintenance of swimming pool and events set up.

Organisation Structure
On 26th June 2011, Senior Management Team (SMT) approved a new organization structure following a review of the department.
The approved Organisation structure consists of 66 staff under the professional leadership of the Director Property & Facilities. These staffs are managed by four respective Managers and with the Executive Officer provide executive support to the Director Property & Facilities in accomplishing the department’s mission.
