- Bachelor's Degree, Diploma and Certificate Programs
Applicants over the age or 23 can either be admitted to USP on the basis of their school leaving qualifications (using the same criteria as for school leavers) or "with standing". In the latter case the USP Senate may grant permission for applicants to enrol for a particular degree, diploma or certificate program on the basis of the applicants' age, academic background, evidence of at least three year's relevant work experience, and the likelihood of their being successful in their proposed program. The USP Senate may also require applicants to pass exams or tests it prescribes as a prerequisite for any such enrolment.
- Pre-degree Programs
The preliminary programs are recommended as the starting point for mature students with no formal academic qualifications.
- Continuing and Community Education Programs
Applicants who wish to enrol in the regional Continuing and Community Education programs are required to have completed the equivalent of Form 4 English.
- Postgraduate Certificate, Postgraduate Diploma and Master's Degree Programs
There are specific admission regulations for each Postgraduate Certificate, Postgraduate Diploma and Masters program offered at USP. Students are advised to seek academic counselling and refer to the relevant 'Admission Regulations'.
