In House Training

The User Services division of ITS, has within it a section that looks after the IT training requirements of the University staff. We generally provide training in the use of all software's listed under the Standard Software list.

Training Registration Procedure

  1. Logon to the Training Registration System to register for upcoming classes.
  2. Select "Information Technology Services" from the Organisation drop-down menu. The training classes for the month will be displayed.
  3. Click on the date for the class you interested in. The class details will be displayed and the "Register Now" button will appear beside it.
  4. Click on "Register Now" to register for the class. A message will be displayed confirming your successful registration. You will also receive an email confirming your registration. And in the event that a class is cancelled or rescheduled you will be notified by email.
  5. To view the details of your registration, click on the "View" button.
