IT Services Helpdesk

The IT Services Helpdesk is the hub of all IT Services operations. All requests, queries and assistance for ICT services within our University can be obtained from the Helpdesk.

  • Network services including email, Internet browsing, class shares & newsgroups
  • Support services on the use of standard software
  • Print services in the labs and at the Library
  • Computer training during the Orientation week
  • Provision of daily maintenance to computer lab facilities

Location:                    In between ITS Lab 10 & 11 - Lab buildings beside Dining Hall
