Updating your information in Staff Directory

You can update your contact information (phone extension, mobile number, fax number, etc) in Staff Directory by going to its website and updating your information there.  However, there will be some information that you will not be able to change.  If you wish to change them you will need to consult Personnel Office.

  1. Open up your Internet Browser either Internet Explorer, Netscape or Firefox. Go to the USP homepage, http://www.usp.ac.fj



  2. Click on the Staff Directory link. Type your name in the Directory Server Lookup search text box (you may select to show photos) and click Lookup. Your search result details will be displayed on your screen.



  3. Select your profile and click on More Details. Another window will open up on your screen with your details. Please, note the email address specified here is an alias which points to your actual email address.




  4. Click Edit Details. Now you will be able to make the necessary changes to your profile.  There will be some information that you will not be able to change.  If you wish to change them you will need to consult Personnel Office.



  5. Once all the changes have been made. Enter your email password at the bottom and click on Update. This will save all the changes.
