The South Pacific Computer Society (SPACS) Quiz 2012 for the Northern Zone secondary schools
The South Pacific Computer Society (SPACS) Quiz 2012 for the Northern Zone secondary schools was conducted at the USP Labasa Campus on the 15th of September.
The SPACS quiz was kindly sponsored by USP in particular the Faculty of Science and Technology (FSTE) and was conducted across the country and the region.
The twelve schools participating from Vanua Levu are:

The 55 minutes quiz was conducted online using the USP network with each participant receiving a certificate.
The Northern zone winner was Labasa College with Labasa Sanagam and Nasavusavu Secondary being the first and second runner up consecutively.
Jai Narayan College of Suva was eventually declared the National and Regional winner of the competition.
After the presentation, the students and teachers were treated to refreshments thanking them for their preparation and partaking.
