  1. NEC Research Institute, offers, for free, almost all recent and well-known papers in Computing Science, Information Systems, Applied Mathematics and Engineering.
  2. European Mathematical Society, lists almost all electronic mathematical journals, which provide peer-reviewed math papers for free.
  3. Here is a list of all math journals maintained by AMS.
  4. Here is a list of stats journals maintained by Binghampton University.

  9. MIT Open Courseware - free online courses from MIT.
  10. Read more than 3,700 books online FREE! from the The National Academies Press (NAP) , which was created by the National Academies to publish the reports issued by the National Academy of Sciences, the National Academy of Engineering, the Institute of Medicine, and the National Research Council, all operating under a charter granted by the Congress of the United States.
  11. StatSci.org, a portal for statistical science.  A useful site listing almost all statistic-related activities.
  12. ICT Capacity Building at USP Project - a site that records the completed JICA-supported project that ran between 1 July 2002 and 30 June 2005. It contains a wealth of useful information and reports on ICT capacity building exercises at USP.
  13. Free textbooks at http://freelearning.bccampus.ca/openTextbook.php
  14. Research from Japanese universities and academic societies. The National Institute of Informatics (JAPAN) has incorporated approximately 3.0 million full text articles (PDF) in NII-ELS, from 1,000 published academic journals . Currently NII has obtained permission of 284 academic societies.
