Request Forms

Acquisitions
The Regional Libraries Section is responsible for ordering and processing monographs, non print items, electronic resources and serials for the centre libraries. Staff, Students and External Borrowers must lodge their order requests through the Librarian or Library Officer at their respective campus or centre.

Cataloguing
Campus and Centre Libraries may request a cataloguing record for items received from other sources or institutions.

Interlibrary Loan
Items not held by the Campus or Centre Libraries may be obtained through Interlibrary Loan service. Staff, Students and External Borrowers need to lodge their request through the Librarian or Library Officer of their respective campus or centre.
