FAQ's: Technical Support Services

  1. I have forgotten my password. Who can tell me what it is?
    Unfortunately no-one except you knows your password, but your password can be reinitialised by someone from IT Services (at major campuses) or the USPNet operator (at other campuses).

  2. What hours are the Computer Labs open?
    The hours Labs are open on each major campus are different, and the hours that PC's are available for students at campuses also varies. Check with IT Services (on major campuses) or your local IT staff member.

  3. When will I get a student email account?
    Usually your email account is set up within a week of registration.

  4. I have never used a computer before. Who can help me with basic computer skills?
    Alafua, Emalus and Laucala Campus students can seek help during the Orientation period from IT Services staff. Other students should enquire at their local campus.
