The Kiribati Campus is pleased to launch its Strategic Plan 2008-2011. The plan was drafted in consultation with stakeholder including the Kiribati Government, other education providers, students and current staff.
The Strategic Plan 2008-2011 will guide the Kiribati Campus for the next 4 years. The plan is a 'living' document and will be reviewed annually to ensure it meets the objectives The main focus is on improving the English language skills of the students, providing a positive and pro-active learning environment and continue to enhance the region we serve.
The Strategic Plan 2008-2011 is directly linked to the USP Strategic Plan 2006-2010 and reflects the values of our parent institution. The plan recognises the importance constant review of our progress and will report regularly on it through the web site. We will participate fully in the quality audit reviews carried out by the USP and independently by ourselves.
The theme for our plan is "Readying the Canoe". The kiribati Campus staff will work as a team to prepare and equip our students to succeed as the future leaders of Kiribati and to lead a quality region.
