Change of Programme - Current Students |
Students wishing to change programme can do so from the opening of admission applications up until the end of the first week of semester.
Students should first seek academic advice from their Department, School or Campus Director to determine which is the most appropriate programme for them to undertake. Counselling is provided at the commencement of each semester during the registration period. At other times academic counselling is available by appointment.
If a student decides to change programme, they will be required to submit a change of programe form to Student Academic Services. Sponsored students are also required to provide a confirmation from their sponsor that the sponsor agrees to the change in programme.
All changes of programme for pre-degree students are approved by the Campus Director, or SAS at Laucala Campus. All degree level approvals are done by SAS at Laucala Campus, and all Postgraduate approvals are done by the relevant School or Department.
