Pacific eLearning Observatory (PELO)
The Pacific eLearning Observatory (PELO) research project at USP was set up to monitor the development of information and communication technologies (ICT) in secondary and tertiary education in the 12 USP member nations. The objective was to provide a needs analysis with quantitative and analytic information for stakeholders, including educators, policy-makers, and CFDL at USP to aid them in their strategic planning and service delivery.

JICA ICT Capacity Building at USP (opens in a new window)
In collaboration with the University of the South Pacific (USP) and Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), the "ICT Capacity Building at USP" Project ended on 30th June 2005, having achieved goals under its various components. The Project was launched on 1st July 2002 with a three year implementation period.
