Maraia Lesuma works as the Senior Sound Technician for the Multimedia Unit at CFDL. She first started work at the School of Education (SOH) in 1976 as an Educational Media Assistant where she was involved with audiovisual support for the Teacher Training Education Programme. In 1985 when Educational Media Services and Extension Services Media (DFL) merged to form University Media Centre, she was directly involved with audio production of teaching and learning materials, training in audio and radio production for USP and the region. Maraia’s qualifications are in Journalism, Human Resources and Business Administration. Her favourite extra curricular activity is in Fiji Cricket where she scores during club, national and international games. | |
