Applying to Graduate

Graduation is not automatic.  If you are a current student you must apply to graduate online via SOLS www.student.usp.ac.fj

If you are not a current student, or if you have changed your program during the course of your study you must apply to graduate using the Application for Completion of Program form available here: www.usp.ac.fj/forms

This form must be submitted before the deadline to the Student Services Centre at Laucala Campus, or your local student administration staff.

Approval to Graduate

Once your application has been processed, your name will appear on the graduation list and you will be sent a Letter of Completion. When you receive your completion letter you must check that your name and address are spelt correctly and the programme for which you are approved is correct. If you have not received any confirmation of your application a month before the ceremony, please check with the student helpdesk on +679 323 1444 or helpdesk(at)student.usp.ac.fj
