International Diploma in Tertiary Teaching, Fiji Institute of Technology
Diploma in Catering & Hotelkeeping, Fiji Institute of Technology

Joined the university in November 2006 as Lecturer Hospitality Management
Senior Lecturer at the School of Hospitality & Tourism Studies (Fiji Institute of Technology)
Hospitality professional background as a chef, first job as a kitchen hand with the Suva Travelodge then on to other kitchen operations in the Coral Coast and Mamanucas in Fiji, Wellington and Auckland in New Zealand
