START is the acronym for Global Change SysTem for Analysis Research and Training. Currently, START has six regional networks in developing countries.
START-Oceania Secretariat is one of these regional networks and is based with the Pacific Centre for Environment and Sustainable Development (PACE-SD), at the University of the South Pacific.
