All staff have access to the Copyright Compliance Guidelines available online through USP Website Quick Links.  These Guidelines provide detailed information about copyright and how to comply with your copyright obligations.  They also provide information on what to do should you need to obtain clearance to copy.  The brochure Copyright Compliance Guidelines for USP Staff is available from the Copyright & IP Officer.

If you are involved in developing intellectual property or copyright material for commercial use, you must comply with USP's Handbook on Intellectual Property and Copyright Policy.  If you need advice on copyright or IP matters you should contact the Copyright & IP Officer.

If you are involved in developing open educational resources, you should contact the Copyright & IP Officer, your Faculty Dean or Head of School for advice.
