You cannot withdraw from courses after the end of teaching week 9. If you have ceased to attend classes, submit assessments, and did not sit the final exam, but did not withdraw formally before the end of teaching week 9, your academic record will show that you have attempted and failed that course. The deadlines (except for MBA and professional diploma courses) are:
End week 2: | at Alafua/Emalus/Laucala campuses: withdraw/change courses and get full refund of any difference |
| at other campuses: change courses |
Fee payment deadline | at other than the major campuses: withdraw and get full refund |
End teaching week 9: | at all campuses: withdraw & get no refund |
To withdraw you can drop courses online through Student Online Services (for Laucala, Alafua and Emalus Campuses) or submit a 'Request for Course Withdrawal' form to your local campus.
