- What is it? This dynamic class offers a low impact but high intensity
- workout. The cardio interval workout keeps your heart rate up and your calorie burn high, meaning that you get to tone your muscles and burn fat all in one workout!!
- Where is it? USP Fitness Centre: Monday nights 6:00pm
- What do I need? A towel and a water bottle plus, some attitude!
- How long will it take? 45 - 60 minutes including stretching
- Cost: Free to Fitness Centre (FC) members!
Step Class - Wednesday @ 5.15:00pm - 6.15pm
- What is it? This dynamic class offers a low impact but high intensity
- workout. The session uses a step platform of low to medium height and light hand weights to tone the upper body while a low impact routine keeps your heart pumping!

Toso Dance Fitness - Friday @ 6pm 7pm
- What is it? Total body workouts to the hottest music you can find, in a fun and supportive environment. We combine various dance styles with traditional elements of cardiovascular, strength, and flexibility training exercises. The easy to follow routines and workout will leave you feeling invigorated and refreshed.

YOGALATES - Saturday @ 8.00 am - 9.00am.
- What is it? Yogalates is a combination of yoga and pilates moves done to music. Come in on Saturday mornings and Yogalates for a healthier, fitter and sexier you. Yogalates will help you achieve a streamlined, leaner more flexible body while enhancing spinal alignment and posture as well as reducing stress. What do I need? A towel and a water bottle!

Squash And Tennis Courts | Squash court can be hired during the following hours, bookings made at the Fitness Centre. for members of the Fitness Centre squash court fees are part of your membership, please make your court booking at reception.
