Membership & Borrowing Privileges

Responsible adults are free to browse the Library collections. In order to borrow items, eligible individuals must fill out a Library membership application card, available from the Information Desk. Please supply photo identification and a passport size photograph when applying for membership. Pre-payment is also required. Tel. +679 323 2402.

* Overnight reserves can be loaned out from an hour before the Library closes, and must be returned at latest 15 minutes after the Library opens the next day in order to avoid fines.

 

Members of local and overseas institutions with which USP has a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) OR Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) are also eligible to use Library services.

Staff members of CROP (Council of Regional Organisations of the Pacific) who need to use the library for research or professional duties must present the USP/CROP Borrower Card issued to their Librarian and a letter from their Librarian (or their Staff ID Card) to confirm the bearer is a CROP Staff member.
