The Graduate School of Business (GSB) is located at Statham Campus and currently Professor Raghuvar Dutt Pathak is the Head of the Graduate School of Business (GSB) and Director of MBA programme.
The Master of Business Administration (MBA) was first offered in 1995 by The University of The South Pacific. It has since then established itself as a high quality, internationally recognised programme. As well as offering the MBA courses to both full-time and part-time students in Suva, we continued to deliver the programme to part-time students to other pacific island nation. Year after year has seen an increase in MBA student enrolments.
Aims
Excellence, flexibility, and relevance are the aims of the University of the South Pacific's MBA Programme. The Programme is intended for managers, practicing executives, administrators and other professionals. The main aim is to provide them with knowledge and skills to enhance their performance and to enable them to assume broader responsibility in the rapidly changing environment faced by business and government alike.
Structured along the lines of the best MBA programmes worldwide, the USP Programme is also unique in its special focus on the South Pacific business environment. It is highly flexible, permitting both full and part-time study. Along with access to an internationally recognized core of managerial knowledge, the USP Programme offers rich opportunities for students to pursue individual interests.
