The USP MBA is designed for capable managers, entrepreneurs, and professionals whose careers are already underway. Admission is granted only to those able to benefit fully from a strong programme. Applicants are expected to have considerable work experience in an executive or professional position involving considerable authority and decision-making. A minimum of three years of significant managerial experience is expected of applicants who have a bachelor's degree in any field from a recognized tertiary institution. Applicants who have less than a bachelor's degree but at least a diploma are expected to have at least five years' significant managerial work experience and may be required to take the Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) or an equivalent test.
